RT2.ai is a platform for artists to manage their work, their channels, and the people who care about their art. We take privacy seriously because the people who trust us with their archive and their collector relationships have every right to expect us to. This page tells you, plainly, what we collect and why.
Who we are
RT2.ai is operated by RT2 Inc., a company registered in New York, United States. You can reach us at privacy@rt2.ai.
What we collect
We collect three categories of data:
- Account data. The name, email address, and password you use to sign in, plus the team members and roles you choose to invite.
- Studio content. The works, files, captions, exhibitions, prices, contacts, leads, orders, shipments and any other material you upload or generate inside your studio. This is your content — we hold it on your behalf and never use it to train shared AI models.
- Operational data. Limited technical information needed to run the service — request logs, sign-in events, error traces, and counters — kept short-term for security, debugging, and billing.
What we do with it
- Provide the service: render your site, deliver files, draft replies, send notifications.
- Keep the service safe: detect abuse, prevent unauthorised access, defend against takedowns.
- Bill you accurately, and pay any taxes due.
- Make the agents work better — but only for you. See the section below.
AI agents and your data
RT2.ai is AI-native. Our agents read your archive, channels, and voice so they can represent you well. That work happens in a tenant scoped to your studio. We do not train shared models on your content, and we do not surface one artist’s work, voice, or contacts to another artist’s agents.
When an agent calls a third-party model (for example, to draft a reply or analyse an image), the request goes through a contractually bound provider that has agreed not to retain the data for training. The list of providers we use is in our cookies and subprocessors statement.
Who we share with
We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the service — for hosting, email delivery, payments, shipping rate-shopping, and AI inference. We do not sell personal data. We do not show your work or contacts to anyone you have not chosen to share with through the studio.
Where it lives
The platform runs on Cloudflare’s global network. Your files live in Cloudflare R2; relational records in Cloudflare D1; small ephemeral tokens in Cloudflare KV. Backups are kept encrypted.
How long we keep it
- Active studio content: for as long as your account is open.
- Operational logs: 30 days, then aggregated or deleted.
- Closed accounts: 30 days for recovery, then permanent deletion within 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@rt2.ai from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
RT2.ai is intended for working artists and their teams. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this statement materially, we will let you know by email and update the date at the top of this page before the new terms take effect.
